The ones of you who accidentally stumbled to my blog during my long silent hiatus might have wondered where I went. You might have caught tidbits of activity on Tumblr or Twitter, but nothing more. 🙂 After months of grueling internship search and an impressive list of “no”s to my applications, I’ve turned towards working more on my skills and catching up on things I know I could do better.
Very difficult, as it turns out. Besides trying to stay on track with school work and life that has suddenly become extra challenging (to say the least!), I’ve been trying to get my website to look more “like me”, if you will. I’ve gone through 3 different themes in the last 4 months and extensive tweaks in each one, and the light at the end of the tunnel seems to be
With all that is going on for school, I’ve been ignoring my blog almost entirely. Sigh. Priorities and all that. There are 1 and half more blocks left in this school year, and after the summer vacation I will hopefully spend 42 weeks doing an internship or two, far away from academia and finally getting down to actual field work in the games industry.
